We at Vending by JSR are continually trying to improve the customer experience of automated retail shopping. Since we brought this concept to the United Kingdom many years ago, we have seen the rapid growth in automated retail shopping along with what seems like the ever-increasing consumer demand for fresh local grown goods purchased conveniently. Through the years we have adapted our vending technology to keep up with this growing consumer demand to ensure automated shopping from our technology is enjoyable, convenient, and reliable as possible. Moving from basic keypad vending machines to touch screen, multi-vending capabilities. Allowing customers to use their preferred payment methods and purchase different products in one easy transaction.
As more food producers are requiring automated retail solutions, many have been keen to use our Jofemar pusher vending machine to achieve this. Due to the customizable capability of the pusher system, it has been able to sell a range of products from stake pies, milk bottles, and bakery treats. However, as a stand-alone unit, it was always behind other vending technology in terms of touch screen and multi-vend capabilities along with remote monitoring capabilities. Looking at this we decided it was time to give consumers using our Jofemar machine a more enjoyable and convenient shopping experience. As a result, we have designed the Flex Top Mount 2.
The Flex Top Mount 2 Jofemar now comes with a top mount front kit. A 22-inch PCAP full-HD touchscreen display. Providing a premium shopping experience for your customer, allowing them to browse your product range, filter through categories, and purchase multiple items in one seamless transaction. The front kit can hold various payment systems (e.g. Worldline Valina, Payter, Nayax) and can be equipped with a QR-code scanner (used for discount vouchers or access) or RFID reader.
You can control access to the machine with the built-in electronic lock. In the refill menu, you can activate this lock to release the front kit and open the machine door.
The 22-inch user interface allows up to 20 different products in your Jofemar to be shown on the full HD display, coming in a selection grid of either 2,3, or 4 columns wide depending on the number of products you are offering. The customer comes up to the display and selects the product image they wish to purchase. Using categories to filter their product search if they wish. They will then be able to easily view the items in their shopping list and pay all in one go.
The Top Mount attachment gives you the ability to monitor and manage your Jofemar through the online portal VendingWeb. Allowing you to monitor all transactions (incoming and outgoing) and events, as well as change your products/ alter pricing. Even allowing you to dispatch your products remotely. The dashboard gives you a direct insight into the status of your machine, verification, and payment systems. The eye-catching charts of the financial dashboard give you a perfect overview of
trends in the sales of your machine(s). Allowing you to see your busiest times, best-selling products, and build daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly sales reports with only a couple of clicks.
