William and Leanne Donnan (plus their 2 sons and 1 dog) farm in Donaghadee Northern Ireland overlooking the Irish Sea, where they grow a range of seasonal produce to keep their veggie boxes interesting all year round. Already having a successful home delivery service of their vegetable and Full Recipe Meal boxes the Donnan’s wanted to add retail sales at their premises in Donaghadee. They had looked into opening a farm shop on site but the legislation and cost had put them off.
William and Leanne decided to go for the Chilled Lock blox version of machine as it would give them the real time sales data they wanted. Being able to see what lockers are empty at all times of the day was a real decision maker.
The machine has done exactly what they wanted it to and they have had some amazing feedback from their customers
